Experience the warmth and friendliness of our welcoming staff. Our caddies are trained by PGA professionals to ensure you receive the very best advice on the course. Our caddies are well-versed in the course layout, helping you strategize your game. With 180 expert caddies on staff, our extensive caddy team can support all sizes of events and groups and are dedicated to enhancing your game! We have designated caddies that can support with English and Chinese that can be arranged upon booking your tee time.
CADDY GUIDE
A caddy will be ready and waiting for you upon arrival. When you arrive, your caddy will introduce herself, welcome you to Vattanac Golf Resort and complete a bag check before driving you and your cart to the Golf check-in area. If you prebooked a caddy, your caddy will be waiting for you upon arrival. *For caddy booking, contact our front office team a minimum of 24 hours prior to your tee time. *English and Chinese speaking caddies are available, enquire with our Front Office during caddy booking – advanced booking advised.
Whilst on the golf course a caddy will by default provide distances, help select lines, read putts, hold an umbrella, drive the cart, tend to pins and generally take great care of you throughout the round. Our caddys understand that everyone is different, if you have a request or a preference regarding the assistance you need on the course, just let them know! Our caddys are also great resources if you are looking to learn more about Khmer culture and tradition, ask as many questions as you like!
In addition to supporting your play, a caddy will also be responsible for all course maintenance during your round, including raking bunkers, fixing pitchmarks and replacing divots. Whilst our caddys will work as quickly as possible, we appreciate your understanding and patience whilst allowing them enough time to complete these key responsibilities.
At the end of your round, the caddy will take you back to the driving range, where you can enjoy a post golf drink or some food. The caddy will then drop your golf bag to the car park, ready for you to collect as you depart. Whilst finishing, a caddy will pass her evaluation card to you and ask you to place it in the box under the “grade” you feel appropriate. This is also the time discretionary tips can be paid.
