Rory Tinker is a fully qualified British PGA Professional from Scotland, United Kingdom, bringing over seven years of international coaching experience to the Vattanac Golf Academy. As a former professional player on the British Tartan Tour who has represented his county and country in high-level tournaments, Rory combines real competitive experience with a deep passion for player development.
Over his career, Rory has successfully coached golfers of all ages and abilities across multiple countries, from beginners and juniors through to elite players. He is dedicated to delivering structured, tailored instruction that refines your technique, builds course confidence, and helps you achieve your personal golfing goals with a clear and supportive approach.

The player coach relationship is key in creating great communication, making the session more productive, enjoyable and retainable this produces the best results. No two swings are the same, figuring out what works best for the individual and giving them the knowledge to be their own best coach helps to transfer the lesson improvements into long lasting habits.
